What to send so we can actually help

A useful ticket has a team name, a university, a round number, and a timestamp. Screenshots of error messages beat prose. Do not paste your intended percentages after the window has closed and ask us to “just apply them”; Rule 11 and Rule 9 will not stretch. Do not send material non-public information in a support thread.

Media requests (deadlines, fact-checking this site, filming at a ceremony) go to the programme office. We will not confirm or deny a named student’s result except through the public certificate lookup the student chooses to share.

Telephone and time zones

Hong Kong: +852 2601 5555. The office is a distributed team; email is faster than a cold call. Submission windows are announced in a stated time zone on the dashboard — read it, convert it, and do not assume it is your local 17:00.

Before you write

  • FAQ — eligibility, AI policy, scoring pillars, certificates.
  • How to Play — week-in-the-life, artefacts, asset classes.
  • Rules — the fifteen numbered rules plus glossary and worked example.
  • The Field — neighbouring contests we are not affiliated with.
